As the SAP Software Engineer Intern, you'll have the unique opportunity to partner with SAP/Finance and Engineering experts and support a dynamic team across its primary functions. You’ll have the unique opportunity to gain a broad range of experience in the many elements that contribute to the daily operations of a multi-faceted enterprise and develop critical business competencies through various tasks. During this internship, you will: 

• Gain hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Financial systems, supporting system enhancements and integrations within SAP S/4 HANA Central Finance (CFIN).
• Assist in onboarding newly acquired entities, contributing to data mapping, system configuration, and testing activities. Exposure includes cross-functional collaboration with IT and Finance teams, understanding enterprise architecture, and participating in real-world ERP implementation and post-go-live support.  

Preferred Skills:    

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, especially FI (Financial Accounting) modules   

  

Qualities of the ideal candidate:    

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of financial processes such as GL, AP, AR, and intercompany transactions  
• Ability to analyze and document technical requirements and business processes
• Experience with data validation, testing, or system configuration is beneficial
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and external partners
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Education Level:  3rd or 4th year college 

  

Degree Target:  Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field
