Job Description:
Job Summary- This role processes Corporate Facilities invoices and may manage national contracts and performance of one of the Facilities Programs consisting of janitorial, pest control, bag scales, or utilities with oversight and assistance from a subject matter expert

Responsibilities- Serve as the point of contact for internal Customers, and provide support and guidance as needed for correct coding within the Facilities' tracking program
- Coordinate one or more of the Facilities Programs Team invoicing and program processes, which may at times require oversight of maintenance connection tickets and spreadsheet documentation for Programs
- Process and resolve payment issues with vendors and finance while maintaining a high regard for Hospitality and Customer Service
- Compare and analyze invoices for accuracy in the database per Internal Audit Guidelines
- Monitor coding for budget accuracy and ensure timely payment of all invoices in reconciliation with the invoice processing program
- Partner with the Regional Managers and FP&A to ensure budget and invoice accuracy
- Maintain vendor contact list
- Provide support and guidance as needed to correct coding within the Facilities’ tracking program
- Responsible for the completion of Maintenance Connection tickets and spreadsheet documentation for programs
- Work in multiple programs such as e-Builder, and MX. Connection, Tableau, and Concur
- May perform other duties as directed by Employee's Leader
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files, records and other office procedures and terminology
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
- Ability to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Ability to generate or use different sets of rules for combining or grouping things in different ways
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Entry-level experience, developing skills and knowledge in General administrative experience in an office environment

- Ability to perform work duties from a limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
- Travel may be required a few times a year
Pay & Benefits:
