Position Summary:
A day in the life of a Sales & Commission Analyst at Dickies looks a little like this. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Sales Operation, this role provides essential support to key functions within the Sales team such as item set up, distribution of sales programs, commissions, sales reporting, and account level summaries. The role will work closely with teams across commercial, operations, customer service, and finance.

Calculate and process commission payments for sales team
Perform commission analysis to identify errors and discrepancies
Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve issues with commission payments
Prepare commission reports and provide recommendations for process improvement
Maintain accurate commission records and documentation
Assist the sales team by providing data, maintaining sales-related databases, and preparing sales reports.
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling sales meetings, maintaining filing systems, and performing data entry.
Generate necessary sales reports in support of key commercial milestones.
Lead item set up efforts to ensure smooth order flows for the digital channels.
Partner with marketing counterparts to create seasonal product catalogs ahead of season launch.
Manage New Account set up system and approval processes.
Partner with B2B teams to successfully execute seasonal launches on the platform.
Support ad hoc reporting requests utilizing multiple reporting dashboards.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders and relevant problem.
Assist with the execution of commercially led milestones, including sales meetings and tradeshows.
Tasks to support account pre lines and seasonal line showings.

Hiring Range:
$67,392.00 USD - $84,240.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
