AT A GLANCE
The IT Business Management team at RVO Health is looking to add an IT Procurement Specialist to the team. This is a unique opportunity for you to work across multiple projects and responsibilities. The ITBM team is responsible for IT Procurement, IT Software Asset Management, and other similar projects.
What You’ll Do
- Problem solve/troubleshoot internal and external SaaS systems
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders at various points in the contract lifecycle management process
- Develop documentation and FAQs
- Recommend process improvements
- Identify and recommend cost saving opportunities
- Support the IT Contract renewal process
- Negotiate with vendors
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of relevant job experience
- A general understanding of SaaS solutions, contracting, implementation and migration process
- Self Starter
- Strong verbal communications skills; must be able to explain process and system functions in a simplistic fashion
- Personable demeanor, willingness to help and teach others
- Good problem-solving / troubleshooting skills
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel is a plus
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $60,000 - $85,000
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience - Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)
