POSITION SUMMARY

The Ticket Office at Steamboat Ski & Resort is hiring for it's winter operations. We are hiring Full and Part time positions. If you have at least one year of customer service experience and can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, please apply!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Promote and sell a variety of resort products and services, including, but not limited to, lift tickets, season passes, SnowSports School programs, and Mountain Camp offerings to guests both before arrival and during their resort experience.

• Work in multiple guest-facing locations as assigned, including the Main Ticket Office, Sunset Happy Hour, and other designated sales and service locations.

• Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a professional, positive demeanor in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Create, manage, and fulfill advance orders while accurately processing sales transactions, exchanges, returns, and refunds.

• Maintain accountability and accuracy for all daily transactional activities.

• Support remote, mobile, and outdoor sales operations as business needs require.

• Assist with administrative projects, operational initiatives, and other assigned departmental tasks.

• Perform additional duties and special projects as needed to support departmental and resort operations.

• Work schedules may vary based on business demands and operational requirements. Daily shifts may vary and may be scheduled during operating hours between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods is required.

• Due to the seasonal nature of the position, extended time off requests for non-emergency situations may be limited.

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• This is an hourly, non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour law
