We are hiring a Production Execution Manager who will coordinate and lead the production team to ensure timely, safe, and cost-efficient production with a focus on quality and environmental responsibility. The role involves communicating goals and targets, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with the Operations Manager to plan and execute strategic improvement activities.

Leveraging your strong communication and organizational skills to communicate and focus the 24hr operational shifts and support teams on the goals and targets established to coordinate and execute production, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
 
Using your passion for excellence to drive continuous improvement in day-to-day operations and ensure production processes comply with all applicable requirements.
 
Partnering with the unit’s Production Engineers to develop operating plans and daily instructions for the front-line team.
 
Working closely with the Operations Manager who is responsible for planning, budgeting, and driving strategic continuous improvement activities (Capital, Reliability, OpEx) for the department.

If you...

• Have a Bachelors Degree, preferred, in a technical field, Science or Engineering.
• Have 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, with direct management of people and teams.
• Previous knowledge of Chemical operations supervisory or technical lead role.
• Have ability to drive change and develop, implement, and manage sustainable programs 
• Have strong technical skills and ability to solve complex problems to provide technical and administrative guidance to operations, maintenance, and other areas of the business in support of the production plan.
• Demonstrate your strong supervisory ability, to prepare and implement succession plans, participate in recruiting, interviewing, and selection of employees and conduct performance management reviews.
• Embrace technology and future digitization efforts. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Teams daily to communicate and share information with your team and colleagues
