<p><b><u>Job Family</u>:</b></p>SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Consulting<p><br/><b><u>Travel Required</u>:</b></p>Up to 25%<p><br/><b><u>Clearance Required</u>:</b></p>Ability to Obtain Public Trust<p></p><p><b><u>What You Will Do:</u></b></p><ul><li>Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support our client’s Case Management systems.</li><li>Work with the technical team to design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines, identifying risks and mitigating them during the design phase.</li><li>Be responsible for high-quality project outcomes and collaborate closely with the client, Project Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts.</li><li>Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client architectural and business needs.</li><li>Contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.</li><li>Participate in data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.</li><li>Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.</li><li>Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM.</li><li>Design and support the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for custom code or data migration requirements.</li><li>Conduct tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.</li><li>Refine project specifications and develop technical solution designs and implementation plans for the Dynamics 365 solution.</li><li>Enhance the efficiency of the development, testing, and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations.</li><li>Document technical risks and issues and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt.</li><li>Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What You Will Need:</u></b></p><ul><li>US Citizenship is contractually required for this role.</li><li>US equivalent Bachelor’s Degree is required.</li><li>Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience.</li><li>Minimum of four (4) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).</li><li>Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment and travel to client sites when needed.</li><li>Experience evaluating, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.</li><li>Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.</li><li>Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform.</li><li>Core skills to include C#, SQL, .Net, and related technologies.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What Would Be Nice To Have:</u></b></p><ul><li>Experience supporting case management systems.</li><li>Experience with client-facing demos and presentations.</li><li>Experience creating user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.</li><li>Experience with data migration requirements and custom code implementations.</li><li>Experience improving development, testing, and release processes through tools and frameworks.</li><li>Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.</li></ul><p></p><p></p>The annual salary range for this position is <span>$130,000.00-$216,000.00.</span> Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.<p><br/><b><u>What We Offer</u>:</b></p><p>Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.</p><p></p><p>Benefits include:</p><ul><li><p>Medical, Rx, Dental & Vision Insurance</p></li><li><p>Personal and Family Sick Time & Company Paid Holidays</p></li><li><p>Position may be eligible for a discretionary variable incentive bonus</p></li><li><p>Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance</p></li><li><p>401(k) Retirement Plan</p></li><li><p>Basic Life & Supplemental Life</p></li><li><p>Health Savings Account, Dental/Vision & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts</p></li><li><p>Short-Term & Long-Term Disability</p></li><li><p>Student Loan PayDown</p></li><li><p>Tuition Reimbursement, Personal Development & Learning Opportunities</p></li><li><p>Skills Development & Certifications</p></li><li><p>Employee Referral Program</p></li><li><p>Corporate Sponsored Events & Community Outreach</p></li><li><p>Emerge
