Overview

We are seeking 6 people to join our team in supporting project managers of several National and EU-funded projects in facilitating interactions with external stakeholders, ensuring their smooth implementation.

 

Job Duties

The job duties will be the following:

  • Monitor and identify calls for proposals (national and European funded) within INL’s strategic RTD areas and promote these internally to researchers;
  • Provide support in developing project proposals for National and EU RTD related funding schemes;
  • Assist in managing projects funded under National and EU RTD related funding schemes;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for proposal submissions;
  • Ensure compliance with all funding guidelines and requirements during proposal development and project execution;
  • Track and report on the progress of submitted proposals and ongoing projects;
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and funding agencies to address any issues or requirements;
  • Organise and conduct training sessions for researchers on proposal writing and project management best practices.

 

Mandatory Qualifications

 

Education

  • University degree in Science or Engineering.

 

Experience and Technical Skills

  • Proven track record (minimum 5 years’ experience) in writing and managing proposals to National and EU Framework funding programmes.

 

Personal Skills

  • Customer orientation with a focus on providing high-quality support to researchers;
