About the role
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Training Period: 3 months (readiness for remote work will be reviewed at that time)
Location: Riley Hospital- Plastic Surgery
Primary Functions:
- Patient-facing role
- Assists with checkout process
- Informs patients of upcoming appointments
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Provides basic administrative and technical support to leaders and teams
- Manages schedules and calendars
- Coordinates meetings and travel arrangements
- Processes invoices and handles inquiries
- Works with basic guidance and addresses routine issues
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0–3+ years of relevant experience; prior administrative experience preferred
- Experience in a matrix organization or complex work environment is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
