Assistant-Administrative

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Training Period: 3 months (readiness for remote work will be reviewed at that time)

Location: Riley Hospital- Plastic Surgery

Primary Functions:

• Patient-facing role
• Assists with checkout process
• Informs patients of upcoming appointments

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Provides basic administrative and technical support to leaders and teams
• Manages schedules and calendars
• Coordinates meetings and travel arrangements
• Processes invoices and handles inquiries
• Works with basic guidance and addresses routine issues

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0–3+ years of relevant experience; prior administrative experience preferred
• Experience in a matrix organization or complex work environment is a plus
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
