In this role, you'll be pivotal in supporting PayPal's Compliance Reporting platform. Your main focus will be on developing capabilities and solutions that integrate seamlessly across various components and platforms. This position is critical for ensuring that PayPal meets its global regulatory obligations through a robust, self-service reporting system.

The Compliance Regulatory Reporting team plays a crucial role in ensuring PayPal adheres to global regulatory obligations. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and developing capabilities that enable a self-service Reporting platform. This involves creating efficient tools and processes to streamline compliance reporting and ensure accuracy. You will continuously enhance the platform to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements. Your contributions will help maintain PayPal's compliance and regulatory standards on a global scale.

Additionally, your contributions will help mitigate risks associated with non-compliance, protecting the company's reputation and financial standing.

Your day to day

• Hands on individual contributor who efficiently produces modular, extensible and thoroughly tested code for most challenging products/features.
• Work closely with Senior Engineers to develop, test and deliver product features.
• Troubleshooting and debugging for any issues
• Write UT and FT to ensure highest quality deliverables.

What do you need to bring

• Strong object-oriented programming skills and Hands on coding in Core Java and J2EE
• Experience in Spring framework and RESTful Web Services and Spring Batch
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Be an Excellent Team player
• Creative and innovative mindset
