The Opportunity
As the Director of HR Technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our HR Technology. You'll contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive HR technology strategic plan and roadmap, working closely with HR stakeholders and IT experts to drive innovation and streamline processes. You will support leadership in transforming our HR Technology function into a powerhouse of efficiency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with HR product owners and IT to create business processes that align with strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the HR technology strategy supporting HR and business goals. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Champion automation and process efficiencies while prioritizing the employee experience and collaborating with HR stakeholders and IT to develop best-in-class HR technology solutions.
- Streamline HR operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and excellence.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in HR Technology and Operational Excellence. Large-scale implementation experience of SAP SuccessFactors (all modules) and technology extensions required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Strong relationship management and consulting skills, with a focus on building consensus across diverse cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to drive results with resiliency.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of understanding details and applying them to big-picture concepts.
