Your new workplace is at our Einbeck-based HQ in southern Lower Saxony. This is a permanent position, available in full-time.

 

Your New Tasks & Challenges:

 

• Further development of the Group Standards framework: In close collaboration with stakeholders from all business areas, you will continuously enhance the "Group Standards" framework to establish a common understanding of the scope of action and decision-making processes within the KWS Group
• Planning and execution of the global QM audit program: You will be responsible for planning and implementing our global Quality Management (QM) audit program in accordance with DIN ISO standards to ensure the continuous improvement of our quality standards
• Maintenance of the KWS Stewardship concept: You will coordinate the KWS Stewardship system to ensure responsible handling of our products throughout their entire life cycle
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You will work closely with teams responsible for risk management, health, safety & environment (HSE), compliance, and local quality managers within the Group to ensure a holistic governance strategy
• Management and development of the technical IMS platform: As part of your responsibilities, you will be in charge of operating and continuously improving our technical IMS platform (SharePoint), which serves as the central QM documentation system for the company
• Leadership: You will lead the Governance team and coordinate cross-functional working groups to ensure the implementation of our governance strategy

 

 

Your Profile:

 

• University degree or equivalent qualification: You hold a university degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in governance and quality management: You bring extensive experience in governance and quality management, preferably with industry experience in plant breeding
• Quality management audit experience: You have relevant experience as a Quality Management auditor and are proficient in audit planning
• Leadership experience: You have leadership experience, especially in leading teams without direct reporting lines (project management, matrix leadership)
• Intercultural competence: You possess intercultural competence
• Creativity and analytical skills: You are creative, analytical, and a strong communicator
• IT skills: You have sound user knowledge of standard IT applications
• Language skills: You have excellent proficiency in both German and English
