Our company is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and management, with a strong emphasis on customer service. This is a full-time position with weekly pay, hourly plus commission, and daily and monthly bonuses eligible.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure customer satisfaction

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and performance

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

- Proven sales and management experience in a similar role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets

- Excellent customer service skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
