***Our headquarters are in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (2-3 days week in office) in one of our office locations - - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Los Angeles, CA or Atlanta, GA. We will also consider a remote-based working arrangement for qualified candidates with East Coast working hours as a prerequisite.”

The Senior Experiential Executive will assist the Experiential, Driving Programs team in the management of an experiential tour and loaner vehicles at premium and luxury resorts across the country. The primary responsibility of this role is to build relationships with each property and be the first point of contact for all their vehicle fleet needs. This includes submitting vehicle builds and moves to necessary stakeholders, assisting properties with any necessary maintenance through dealerships, and reporting on vehicle status on a timely basis.

This role will also be a key contributor to an experiential tour that visits each property with staff and a supplementary fleet to build awareness of partnerships.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO

• Oversee a vehicle fleet at 10+ resort properties across the US
• Submit vehicle builds, movements, and schedule maintenance appointments
• Assist in planning an experiential tour by confirming vehicle needs, organizing logistics of vehicles and event assets, and authoring event execution plans
• Other experiential events and duties as assigned
• Help teams on-site carry out test drive events by staging vehicles, and managing the consumer data capture and waiver process

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Have a passion for and expertise in events, entertainment, automotive, luxury and/or pop culture
• Passion and experience in automotive is a strong plus
• 2-5 years’ worth of marketing, automobile, or fleet management experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Capacity to become knowledgeable on our client’s industry, brand and product offerings
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
• Exemplary organizational skills, with the ability to complete tasks with minimal oversight
• Attention to detail and high-end service
• Be a strategic problem solver by understanding goals and objectives of the program
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed.
• Anticipated travel level: Moderate (20-45%)

L2: This position pays $50,000, is overtime-eligible and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
