Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in the Salesforce platform to join our team. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owner and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in requirements gathering, and understanding of Salesforce capabilities. They will work closely with the Agile delivery team and stakeholders to execute digital initiatives enabling business imperatives.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop detailed requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for new systems and process enhancements.
Provide day-to-day support to the business in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Coordinate with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.
Create process models, diagrams, and other documentation to communicate requirements to technical and business teams.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and solutions to a diverse audience.
Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress and managing scope.
Support the implementation and testing of new solutions, and provide user training and support as needed.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure that implemented solutions meet business needs and user satisfaction.
Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for end-users.
Manage Data & Process documentation
Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.
Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Knowledge of UAT activities, tasks, tools and techniques; ability to design, implement and evaluate acceptance tests for end-users.
What You Will Have:
Business Analysis: Knowledge of business analysis and the set of tasks, techniques and tools required to identify business needs; ability to recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Software Change Request Management: Knowledge of software change request management; ability to manage software product change requests from customers, prospective customers, vendors, and internal staff.
Software Engineering: Knowledge of software engineering; ability to deliver new or enhanced fee-based software products.
Software Problem Management: Knowledge of strategies, practices and tools for resolving software problems; ability to manage software problems in installed software products.
Software Product Business Knowledge: Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision.
