Your role as Growth Advisor

As a Growth Advisor at Curamando Netherlands, you are the driving force behind the digital growth of our clients. You are an expert in independently analyzing and interpreting data and know how to turn data into actionable growth opportunities and strategic advice. You have deep expertise in traffic acquisition (Organic and Paid marketing) and strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), analytics and CRM. In addition, you have a sharp eye for the latest developments in AI and can translate these innovations into practical applications for business growth and marketing.

What will you do?

Develop and advise clients on data-driven growth strategies and innovative marketing solutions, with a strong focus on organic and paid marketing.

• Lead the implementation of growth plans at clients and take ownership of progress and results.

• Independently analyze data sources (such web, marketing, transactional, CRM) and translate these into clear, actionable advice and growth plans.

• Identify and research the latest trends and opportunities in AI, applying them to accelerate the digital growth of our clients.

• Collaborate with specialists like marketeers, AI engineers, strategy consultants, conversion rate experts etc. to deliver integrated solutions.

• Present analyses, reports, and growth plans at management and executive level.

• Identify commercial opportunities with existing and new clients and contribute to business development.

What do you bring?

• You have a completed university degree, preferably in (digital) business, marketing, economics, data science, or a related field.

• You have at least 6 years of relevant work experience (for example as a digital marketing consultant, growth marketeer, digital growth strategist)

• You are highly skilled in independently analyzing and interpreting data sources such as GA4, and have experience with tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• You have hands-on experience with organic marketing (SEO, content), paid marketing (SEA, paid social, programmatic), and knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer relationship management (CRM).

• You have affinity with AI and preferably experience with AI tooling that transforms the digital marketing arena.

• You are analytically strong, data-driven, and able to help clients define their digital success (KPI’s) aligned with their business objectives.

• You have excellent advisory skills and can communicate at various levels.

• You have a commercial mindset and are able to spot and capitalize on business opportunities.

• You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
