Title: Senior Maintenance Technician

Pay: $24 per hour

Hours are Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm with rotating on-call hours for after-hours and weekend emergencies.

This position entails regular maintenance work for an apartment complex, single-family homes, and manufactured housing rentals.
This position is responsible for the daily upkeep and appearance of rental properties, both inside and out.
Expect interaction with tenants on service requests and resident improvements.
We are looking for an energetic team player who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty!

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Current, valid driver’s license and proof of vehicular insurance required.
General apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and general electrical knowledge needed.
HVAC-EPA certification and knowledge of safety procedures is a must.
