Pay for this position starts at $15/hr.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and make phone calls to schedule and communicate with customers about scheduling
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot for tire pressure, fluid levels, and damage
• Move and hook up Uhaul trucks and trailers
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services
• Fill propane (certification offered through Uhaul)
• Dispatch and receive equipment
• Receive and stock Inventory

What We Are Looking For:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• Able to work at least some nights and weekends (15-30 hrs a week)
• Communication skills and attention to detail
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
