Join our team as an Indirect Procurement Specialist and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products.
As an Indirect Procurement Specialist, the following challenges await you:
- Execute the purchase to pay process, considering quality, delivery, and total cost of ownership within a global environment. Focus areas include primarily Indirect Material and Services as well as Capital Acquisitions
- Manage operational procurement for all materials within the product portfolio, utilizing SAP and overseeing the end-to-end Purchase to Pay process.
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with suppliers to stay current on trends, technologies, products, and services within specific commodity areas
- Evaluate the current supplier base and develop optimization plans to meet current and future needs. Negotiate contracts and purchase orders, serving as the first escalation point for any supplier performance issues
- Prepares and process purchasing orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Resolves problems and issues arising from the procurement of goods, services, supplies, and equipment, acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
- Ensures On-Time-Deliveries (OTD-S) are upheld according to established guidelines.
- Manage the dunning process efficiently.
- Prepares documentation for product to be Returned to Vendor (RTV).
