Customer Cares Representative

Location: Medford, OR (On-site)

Compensation Range: $19/hr - $21/hr

The Customer Cares Representative will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by timely resolving concerns between customers and the dealerships. The CCR will demonstrate Lithia & Driveway’s mission and core values with humble confidence.  

What You’ll Do:  

• Serve as a liaison between the customer and dealership

• Take incoming calls from the Lithia Cares Hotline and fielding incoming cases to correct departments

• Input customer concerns into the CRM queue

• Respond to customer and Third Party inquires. Following up with customers within 48 hours to ensure communication and a pathway to resolution

• Trend and track customer concerns in our Salesforce program

• Develop continuous improvement plans for the dealerships by documenting observations and tracking concerns

• 1 or more years of experience in a professional or retail setting
