The Bridge is a multi-concept food court opening in June on the ground floor of the US Navy’s administrative building. Featuring the exceptional Hissho Sushi Restaurant, Which Wich Sandwiches, and Aquila Coffee, this dynamic space is set to welcome both Naval personnel and the general public. Not only that, but we will also be delivering our delicious sushi, sandwiches and baked goods to surrounding Naval facilities daily.

We are currently seeking energetic and motivated people to join our team! There are opportunities to work in one or all three concepts. Whether you’re a skilled Sushi Chef, a masterful sandwich maker, a friendly cashier, a reliable delivery driver, a service counter pro, or an effective shift supervisor, there’s a place for you! We provide complete training for all positions. There are opportunities for full and part-time employees to work morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight shifts.

Requirements

• 1-Year prior food service experience
• Experience in rolling sushi highly preferred
• Fun people with dynamic personalities
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling and food preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Team Player
