Assistant Professor of Instruction - Rehabilitation and Movement Science

The Department of Kinesiology and Health Education in the College of Education at The University of Texas at Austin seeks applications for a part-time non-tenure track Assistant Professor of Instruction in Rehabilitation and Movement Science for the academic year 2025-26. Anticipated course assignments include undergraduate classes in Neuromuscular Control and Motor Development and Performance. Salary is dependent upon responsibilities and qualifications. Contract renewal is dependent on performance, funding, and departmental need.

Qualifications

A master's degree in kinesiology, rehabilitation science, biomechanics, neuromuscular control, motor development, or a related field is required; doctoral degree is preferred for this position. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a student-centered approach to teaching.
