The Patient Service Representative works in a fast-paced environment that works closely with the public and clinical teams to ensure accurate registration and care of patients. Collects insurance, and demographic information, and assist patients in wayfinding.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience: Previous experience in patient registration and/or healthcare reception preferred.
Shift: Working full-time, 32 hours a week, variable shifts available, Days, PM’s and Night’s, working rotating weekends and holidays. This position will primarily work in the Emergency Room, Urgent Care and Outpatient Registration areas.
There is a shift differential of 10% for PM shifts and 17% for Night shifts.
