Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
- To act as Solicitor in routine, complex and critical criminal matters and other litigation on behalf of the State of Tasmania, its instrumentalities and Agencies before the Court of Criminal Appeal, Supreme Court, Magistrates Court and Tribunals.
- Provide professional supervision and instruction to junior legal practitioners, including managing a team of Legal Practitioners...
- To participate in performance management and file reviews as directed by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Essential Requirements
- Admitted or eligible for admission as a Barrister or Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania.

Desirable Requirements
- A minimum of seven years relevant experience.
