Once a month Saturday 8am-12pm

Experience with phone triage is required.

This is a REMOTE position the RN must be able to come into the office for all orientation and possibility of 2 days a month or if internet issues.

Needs to be able to be in office within 1 hour.

Major Responsibilities:

• Patient-Centered Wholistic Care – The registered nurse is culturally sensitive and engaged with the beliefs and values of diverse populations.   •     6)Initiates referrals and discharge planning and actively coordinates the plan utilizing the interdisciplinary approach.
