Hourly base pay rate is $15.87 - $23.75/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

What You’ll Do

  • Help move and stage vehicles for inspections

  • Take repair orders and utilize HD-Net to estimate required parts and labor for repairs

  • Present repair orders to the inside coordinator for customer approval

  • Receive, organize, and prioritize incoming parts, ensuring timely availability for scheduled repairs

  • Proactively address delayed or backordered parts by coordinating with suppliers and sourcing alternative options as necessary

  • Utilize aftermarket channels to find required parts if unavailable through HD-Net

  • Learn and assist in stocking new units, ensuring proper inventory management practices are followed

  • Aid in the installation of batteries to facilitate the movement of motorcycles through the condition report process

  • Stage the sale, including hanging sale tags and condition reports, to ensure a visually appealing presentation for potential buyers.

  • Retrieve mileage information for clients to expedite the title processing procedure

Who You Are

Minimum:

  • School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the automotive or motorcycle industry

  • Proficiency with computer software, including HD-Net or similar program
