Accounting Technician II - Accounting

Job Summary: Responsible for specialized accounting procedures in accordance with acceptable accounting and Medical Center's practices and procedures. Includes the functions of Accounts Payable and specified general ledger duties. Ensures that all accounting functions are performed in a timely manner and with high degree of accuracy.

Minimum Requirements: 

• High school diploma with two years of additional schooling in Accounting. 
• Two to five years of experience in payroll practices and procedures. 
• Experience may be considered in lieu of two years' additional schooling in Accounting. 
• Typing, computer data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, and filing skills.
