Salary: $170,955/yr - $175,955/yr.

            

Job Description: Ensures the Scrum team is practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, and team accountability to achieve Sprint goals and lead the team towards Agile maturity. Implements program level transparency, metrics, and other data that instills accountability measures within team. Helps to identify and address organizational impediments which limits team productivity, quality, and ability to implement continuous improvement. Supports Product Owners with backlog maintenance, backlog prioritization, and user story refinement process to deliver highest Business value. Facilitates Sprint planning, daily scrum, dependency reviews, demos to stakeholders, and retrospectives. Uses Scrum of Scrums (SOS) forum and coordinates with other teams to manage cross-team dependencies. Facilitates frequent retrospectives, sharing metrics to identify and implement improvements. Identifies global improvement opportunities impacting multiple teams and takes the lead to drive them to resolution. Telecommuting permissible from any location in US.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering (any) or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related role.

• Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, one of the online collaboration tools like Miro or Mural.
• Proficient in using MS Teams, Zoom, Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite of applications
• Supporting teams with various agile methodologies including Scrum
• Agile Delivery: Leading Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban methodologies as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.  
• Scrum Master certification from one of the leading organizations like Scrum Alliance, SAFe
  
  Base Pay Information
  
  The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $170,955 - $175,955
