Nightwing is seeking an experienced and cleared Senior Supply Chain Specialist in support of USG in the Springfield, VA area. The right candidate will manage major responsibilities across multiple supply chain disciplines on a regular basis. Performs supply chain activities that cannot be attributed to a defined discipline. May also include professional employees required to perform activities across several disciplines on smaller sites.

Required Skills:

• Experience managing projects for the Customer; managing resources, working through review boards, Customer acceptance
• Strong understanding of Customer field environment
• Ability to work/coordinate with internal/external Customers/Vendors to gather requirements, develop plans and execute to timelines as required
• Ability to work and deliver on short suspense tasking/products in a fast paced potentially stressful environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously in a rapidly paced environment
• Experience with Customer’s Project Management Framework
• Creates, incorporates, implements changes to schedule(s)
• Working knowledge of Customer’s official message system
• Working knowledge of Customer’s organization, internal policies, and processes
• Project Organization/tracking
• Expert with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willing to “go the extra mile” in customer service and effort in ensuring that time critical requirements are met
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team of very strong personalities in a very dynamic environment
• Highly mission oriented
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Working Environment:

• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Moderate, involving some relatively heavy physical demands. 
• Travel: 25-35% CONUS & OCONUS travel required as needed

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of six (6) years of experience
• Eight (8) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree for a total of fourteen (14) years of experience
• Must live in WMA area as no relocation is provided for this role. 
• Must have current forklift certification or be willing to obtain certification to operate a forklift

Required Clearance:

Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one and be eligible for crossover.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
