What You’ll Do
- Prepare patients for clinic visits by reviewing medical history, obtaining vital signs, and ensuring comfort and privacy.
- Support providers during exams, procedures, and care planning discussions.
- Perform specimen collection, point‑of‑care testing, immunizations, and medication administration as directed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Assist with care coordination, follow‑up scheduling, referrals, and patient education.
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support seamless patient care.
What You Bring to the Table
- Certification Required: Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in primary care, family practice, rural health, or specialty care preferred.
- Clinical Skills: Proficiency with vital signs, injections, specimen processing, point‑of‑care testing, and EMR documentation.
- Compassion & Professionalism: Calm, empathetic patient support with a high standard of professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse care team.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
