The Field Marketing Senior Analyst is a key contributor to Salesforce’s Public Sector, Education, and Nonprofit portfolio, with a particular focus on Education and Nonprofit. This role blends audience acquisition with third-party event execution to drive measurable impact. It will support the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact events—Salesforce-led, industry, and third-party—ensuring they hit audience, engagement, and pipeline goals. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate seamlessly across teams, and bring strong organizational skills to managing multiple, complex projects. By scaling best practices, toolkits, and ROI frameworks across regions, this position strengthens global alignment while supporting AMER-driven innovation.
What You’ll Do...
- Plan and execute field and third-party events in partnership with Sales and Field Marketing, with a strong focus on Education and Nonprofit.
- Drive audience acquisition campaigns, including registration strategies, tailored outreach content, and call-down programs to meet attendance goals.
- Support event logistics, vendor coordination, registration management, and onsite delivery.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track registration, follow-up, and event-driven pipeline performance.
- Create stakeholder decks, planning documents, and post-event summaries with ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams (creative services, interactive, ops) to ensure flawless execution.
- Contribute to scaling event best practices, standardized processes, and toolkits across AMER and globally.
- Ensure consistent Salesforce branding, messaging, and customer experience across all event activations.
What We’re Looking For...
- 3–5 years of experience in field or event marketing, ideally B2B.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Hands-on event operations experience, including logistics, vendor management, and onsite delivery.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing platforms; Tableau or event tech a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority.
- Experience with event budgeting, reporting, and ROI measurement.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to travel domestically to support onsite event execution.
- Understanding of audience acquisition strategies and pipeline impact of events.
