Sr Implementation Consultant

<p></p> <p><span>In this role you will manage the ADP HR tools to meet customer needs helping them to use the products wth ease.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Every day will be different because you will be confronted with different realities, for each of them you will lead the existing system and needs analysis to implement the best HR solution according to their requirements. You will monitor data and provide constant reports on the progress of projects and risk encountered.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>This is a key role because you will represent the ADP mission of deliver an excellent service to the clients from paychecks to health benefits and beyond. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the ADP and HR processes providing input to the R&amp;D Team.</span></p> <p><span>To thrive this role, you have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism and empathy. You can presenting concrete proposal that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their HR processes. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>To succeed in this role:</span></p> <p><span>• You are client-oriented;</span></p> <p><span>• You can work with different internal departments and lead external clients;</span></p> <p><span>• You love help people and try to figure out solutions to their needs </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Requirements:</span></p> <p><span>• 7+ years of prior work experience in a payroll and/or personnel consulting and/or IT Project role; </span></p> <p><span>• Advanced experience in working with data migration technical tools;</span></p> <p><span>• Advanced experience in working with reporting tools and techniques (SQL, Relational Database (RDBMS);</span></p> <p><span>• Advanced experience in working with programming tools (Java, Javascript, shell script, etc …);</span></p> <p><span>• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);</span></p> <p><span>• Fluent in English;</span></p> <p><span>• High School Diploma or University degree.</span></p> <p></p>
