Position Summary
As a Civil Site Project Manager at VS Engineering, you will lead and support design services and project management across a diverse range of municipal, city, and county engineering projects. Your role will span transportation design, civil site development, construction management, structural analysis, and surveying—offering a unique opportunity to apply your expertise across multiple disciplines.

Your Role as a Project Manager:
- Manages multidisciplinary projects, overseeing scope, budgeting, staffing, and production across transportation, site development, construction, structural, and survey projects.
- Developing and strengthening client relationships while helping VS grow its portfolio across various civil engineering sectors.
- Collaborating with funding agencies and ensuring projects align with applicable policies and practices.
- Preparing technical reports, feasibility studies, and project proposals related to transportation, site development, and infrastructure projects.
- Overseeing design plans that adhere to the latest industry standards in transportation, structures, and site development.

Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering (or related ABET-accredited program)
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana and/or Ohio and Kentucky
- Seven or more years of experience in transportation, site development, and/or infrastructure projects
- Three or more years of experience in project management and leading project teams
- Experience with public sector projects, such as INDOT, county, and municipal projects
- AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)
- BIM (Building Information Modeling) proficiency (preferred)
- ArcGIS, GIS, ArcMAPOpen Roads Designer (preferred)
- Drainage software, including StormCAD and CDSS (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Adobe Acrobat (preferred)
