As a Shuttle Driver, you’re more than just a driver. You’re a local guide, a hospitality pro, and a safety-first ambassador. You know the roads, the rhythm of the day, and how to keep things smooth, professional, and on time.Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate hotel shuttle vehicles to transport guests to and from designated locations (airport, local attractions, business parks, etc.)
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of shuttle vehicles
- Assist guests with luggage and provide helpful local information
- Monitor shuttle schedule and communicate effectively with the front desk team
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Report any maintenance issues or incidents immediately
- Support other guest service functions as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What You Bring:- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening (if required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Familiarity with the local area and major destinations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with luggage
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Have previous experience in hospitality or transportation
- Are you CPR/First Aid certified
- Speak multiple languages
- Know how to keep a playlist going that guests love
