ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, TOTAL REWARDS
RICHEMONT AMERICAS
OVERVIEW
The AVP, Total Rewards is responsible for the strategy development, planning, implementation, and oversight of all Richemont Americas compensation and benefits programs. This includes the ongoing evaluation and management of practices and models that govern base pay, bonuses, LTI, health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and all other components of the company’s total rewards. This role collaborates with the Group Total Rewards team and Richemont Americas executive leaders to shape the company’s total rewards philosophy, modeling, and programs, in alignment with best practices, and in response to employee and business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the ongoing development and evolution of the Richemont Americas total rewards strategy for all Maisons and Functions, in all markets across the Region.
- Maintains awareness of the competitive landscape and best practices, and ensures that the company’s total rewards programs are in alignment, and designed to attract and retain top talent.
- Provides thought leadership to Group Total Rewards as well as Richemont Americas business leaders; providing Region expertise and data-driven insights, and proposing new and evolved programs, as necessary.
- Leverages available technology and resources to lead ongoing market analysis and benchmarking, and applies data and findings to all decision making.
- Oversees the management of all compensation and benefits related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Drives communication and promotion efforts for total rewards programs to amplify visibility and build value proposition for all Richemont employees, and oversees maintenance of the company’s Benefits Sharepoint.
- Owns the company’s relationship with all total rewards vendors and providers, ensuring optimized service levels and performance, and maximized return on investment.
- Support Richemont Americas DEI vision through fair, transparent, and equitable pay practices and benefit programs.
- Maintains awareness of all applicable laws and regulations across the Region and ensures that Richemont’s programs are in compliance.
- Oversees the planning and execution of all relevant training, webinars, speaker events, etc.
- Provides leadership to the company’s Total Rewards team, including the Cartier Director, Compensation; and drives the seamless delivery of total rewards programs to all Richemont Americas employees.
- Supports the ongoing professional development of Total Rewards team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources Administration or other related field; master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years leading the design and implementation of total rewards programs, preferably in a matrixed organization
- 5+ years international business experience
- 5+ years people management experience
- Knowledge and experience across the full spectrum of total rewards programming
- Demonstrated creative and progressive approach to compensation and benefits program design and implementation
- In-depth understanding of executive compensation analysis, modeling, and administration
- In-depth knowledge of the benefits marketplace including providers, trends, benchmarking, etc.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations concerning ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ADAA, COBRA, OSHA, HIPAA, Workers’ Compensation, etc.
- HRIS/HCM leadership experience required; Workday and SAP experience a plus
Expected Salary Range: $190,000 - $250,000
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
