The Windows Warehouse Support is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, organizing, and distributing window and door products. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and eager to support the team in meeting operational goals. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:  
 

• Unloading Semi-trailer. 

• Receiving/checking delivered items into warehouse. 

• Process packing slips in Acumatica as needed. 

• Organize service jobs on schedule to ensure items are not missing.  

• Stage jobs that are scheduled for service.  

• RMA – Processing the return items immediately, assist as needed. 

• Assist with Staging and locations of items to be found quickly and easily. 

• Logging item locations on white board. 

• Ability to run cycle count reports. 

• Perform product inventory counts. 

• Perform product inventory audits. 

• Perform weekly housekeeping inspections. 

• Monthly Safety training.  

• Maintain the integrity of the whiteboards to ensure windows can be found quickly and in the right locations. 

• Bundle all items needed for service so the service department can grab and go in the morning.  

• Receiving of materials/Check in of Materials.  

• Stock/Locate materials in proper bin and location. 

• Stage materials needed for service techs and installers. 

• Assist Installers in obtaining parts. 

• Drive, Deliver and communicate with installers for materials need to complete installation,

• Strong data handling and computer skills Excel, Word, PowerPoint 

• Effective communication skills: both verbal and written.
