We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Compliance & Training to help ensure excellence across AndHealth’s specialty and retail pharmacies. This role leads the training and onboarding of new pharmacy team members, supporting their transition from orientation to fully effective site-based roles. The position also plays a key role in maintaining compliance with all pharmacy laws and AndHealth policies, safeguarding high-quality and consistent pharmacy operations.
This position will report to the Director, Pharmacy Implementation, Quality, & Compliance. In the absence of a Director, Pharmacy Implementation, Quality, & Compliance, this position will report to the next level manager unless otherwise defined or assigned.

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Compliance & Training to help ensure excellence across AndHealth’s specialty and retail pharmacies. The position also plays a key role in maintaining compliance with all pharmacy laws and AndHealth policies, safeguarding high-quality and consistent pharmacy operations.
This position will report to the Director, Pharmacy Implementation, Quality, & Compliance. In the absence of a Director, Pharmacy Implementation, Quality, & Compliance, this position will report to the next level manager unless otherwise defined or assigned.
What you’ll do in the role:
- Compliance Program Management: Manage and continuously refine the comprehensive pharmacy compliance program, including policy creation, training, auditing, monitoring, investigations, and standardized reporting functions.
- Audit Readiness & Response: Lead preparedness for and provide critical support during Third Party, DEA, Board of Pharmacy, URAC, ACHC, and other external audits.
- Standards Monitoring: Conduct internal site audits and compliance risk assessments (covering fills, inventory, records, and licensing) to ensure all launched sites meet regulatory and operational standards.
- Controlled Substance Integrity: Monitor and ensure best practices for controlled substances, including proper documentation, CSOS management, and Power of Attorney additions/revocations.
- Regulatory Adaptation: Proactively monitor and assess regulatory and policy changes, collaborating with leadership and Legal to swiftly update SOPs and systems across all operating sites.
- Lead Training & Onboarding: Design, manage, and deliver comprehensive new hire training and onboarding programs for all pharmacy personnel (Pharmacists and Patient Engagement Specialists) to ensure immediate success at launch and ongoing operational consistency.
- System Integration: Oversee the setup and configuration of core pharmacy systems, including expertise in the operational use of PioneerRx software, to ensure alignment with our compliance and efficiency standards.
- Quality Management Participation: Actively participate in the pharmacies’ Quality Management Committee and Quality Management Program, using launch and audit data to drive continuous operational improvement.
Education & Licensure Requirements:
- PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Ohio or Indiana.
- Must be willing to obtain and maintain licenses in multiple states.
Other Skills or Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Federal drug pricing program experience is strongly preferred.
- Operational use of PioneerRx software is strongly preferred.
- Specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
