We are currently hiring a Warehouse Manager for our Boise team.
Compensation: $66,000 - $72,000 yearly salary
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday (10pm - 6:30am)

General Statement of Duties
This position’s primary responsibility is to manage warehouse daily operations, including loading of routes and replenishment of pick modules—through a team of functional supervisors and frontline leads to meet company requirements and standards. This is accomplished by overseeing the business activities necessary to ensure effective production processes, including inventory management, storage, sorting and stocking, route loading, closing loads in Wavestat or Picking Management in EasyOps, and loading product onto trucks for all orders. This position coordinates with the other two shift managers to maintain an efficient, accurate flow of product through the building. This position functions under the direct supervision of the Amity Warehouse Director while allowing liberal latitude for independent direction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The primary function of an employee in this class is to lead and manage warehouse daily operations through functional supervisors and frontline leads to ensure company requirements and standards are met. This includes overseeing inventory control and product flow through the building; supporting pick module loading and replenishment; coordinating route loading; and ensuring loads are accurately closed in Wavestat or Picking Management in EasyOps. Essential duties are illustrated below:

Leads supervisors and associates; plans staffing to meet daily volume and seasonal needs.
Coordinates with the other shift managers to balance labor and maintain product flow.
Oversees inventory movement, storage, sorting, and stocking.
Ensures pick modules are loaded and replenished as needed to maintain productivity and order accuracy.
Coordinates route loading; verifying product is staged and loaded correctly.
Closes loads in Wavestat/EasyOps; ensure documentation and system records are complete and accurate.
Coordinate new procedures with the WMS Manager to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Supports hiring for warehouse roles in partnership with HR by posting openings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing and material-handling requirements; advises management on needed actions.
Completes performance reviews; provides coaching and corrective action in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Conducts 1:1s with direct reports; sets goals and KPIs and holds the team accountable for results.
Trains and enforces safe work practices and compliance with department safety programs.
Ensures VIP Beverage systems and equipment support operations; troubleshoots issues and escalates as needed.
Maintains inventory accuracy; verifies procedures and resolves variances.
Manages time and attendance compliance; addresses patterns using established corrective action processes.
Monitors performance improvement plans and supports associates while under disciplinary action.
Leads problem resolution to improve speed, quality, and working relationships.
Promotes positive employee relations through clear communication, coaching, training, and development.
Provides training on new policies, safety rules, and operational process changes.
Maintains accurate paperwork, load documentation, and required reports.
Ensures required attire and PPE are provided and worn in compliance with department policies.
Performs other duties as needed to ensure production operations are effective; responsibilities may change to meet business needs.

QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum three (3) years of supervision experience, preferably from a warehouse environment.
Ability to follow directions with attention to detail.
Ability to direct warehouse associates to complete duties accurately.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen for controlled substances.
Ability to participate in and pass random drug screens in accordanc
