The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) would like to announce the availability of Seasonal Laborer positions working in the Northeast Region at the Hogan Regional Center in Danvers.
Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive):
- Assists with a variety of duties in connection with grounds and facility maintenance work including cutting grass, raking leaves, trimming, watering and planting.
- May be expected to use a variety of hand tools.
- May operate motor vehicles and light trucks including loading and unloading of supplies, equipment, etc.
- Cleans tools, equipment and work area after completion of construction or repairs.
- Performs general maintenance duties as they arise, and as directed assists tradesmen in various projects.
- Removes trash and debris on and around the facility grounds and keeps parking areas maintained and regularly cleaned.
- Maintains clean and safe working environment.
- All other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
Agency Requirements:
- Must possess current and valid Class D Motor Vehicle Operator’s License.
Schedule:
Full-time 40 Hours
Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:30p.m.
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
