1st Shift Generalist

As a Generalist, you are responsible for recovering and resolving system faults to ensure warehouse automation equipment is fully functioning. You will fill in for any position within the warehouse, including but not limited to Selector, Dock Worker, and Palletizer. The Warehouse Generalist supports daily warehouse operations to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Key responsibilities include slot cleaning, supporting order selection activities, and assisting with shipping and receiving processes. This role helps maintain accurate inventory flow while adhering to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The Warehouse Generalist works closely with warehouse team members and supervisors to support operational needs and ensure timely movement of goods throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to perform a variety of physical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

• Earn $19.00per hour

• 1st Shift FullTime

• Weekly Pay

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing warehouse automation computer system to monitor performance and detect faults

• Resolving faults: removing jammed pallets from the automated conveyor lines, re-palletizing problem cases onto new pallets

• Assisting the Sanitation department with the cleaning of debris and spills as the result of faults

• Other duties as assigned

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift

• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more

• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead

• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height

• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
