Team Leader / Salesforce Architect

• You take on a lead role for a team of Salesforce developers, mentoring and guiding them as a Technical Architect for CRM capabilities developed on the Salesforce platform
• Evaluation and conceptualization of (complex) requirements and demands on the platform
• Engagement with product managers and solution architects in our Customer Experience product teams to design and implement scalable, efficient, and high-performance Salesforce service cloud solutions
• Develop, establish and supervise best practices for DevOps for releases
• Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including security, performance, and governance.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical solutions meet business goals.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with significant experience leading a development team and designing complex Salesforce solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using tools like MuleSoft, REST, SOAP, and Middleware.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce development lifecycle management, deployment tools (e.g., CI/CD), and version control (e.g., Git).
• Salesforce certifications are highly preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Application Architect, etc.).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers while balancing technical and business priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
