Senior Manager, Talent

Description

The Senior Manager, Talent will lead the organization’s talent acquisition, learning, and leadership development strategy. This role is responsible for building and sustaining programs that attract, retain, and grow top talent while advancing organizational culture and future-state capabilities. This role will lead individual contributors with specialization in talent acquisition, learning and development, and HRIS/ HR analytics. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy and execution, including strategic sourcing, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and workforce planning.
• Support organizational culture initiatives, leadership programs, and training that drive toward future-state business and hospitality goals.
• Design and implement functional training for sales and service roles, ensuring employees are proficient in technical, customer, and performance standards.
• Develop and execute learning journeys by role, including leadership, culture, and technical pathways.
• Partner with business leaders to assess leadership and development opportunities and design targeted solutions.
• Build and deliver leadership development programs, coaching frameworks, and succession planning.
• Leverage data and talent metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and adjust strategy accordingly.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, learning & development, and leadership development.
• Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise-level talent and development programs.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and program-building skills.
• Exceptional leadership and influence skills with ability to partner across the business.
• PHR certification preferred.
