Energy Solutions is currently seeking an Energy Efficiency Project Manager I to join our Energy Efficiency programs team to help support our point-of-sale instant rebates foodservice programs across the country.
As a member of the Energy Solutions team, you will have a broad impact on energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions through our work for Program Administrators and other national leaders in the commercial foodservice (CFS) industry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing and conducting user acceptance testing for claim processing software
- Working with internal team to debug, reproduce, document, and fix support problems for claim processing software
- Organizing and facilitating in-person meetings, conference calls, and collaboration sessions
- Coordinating program status meetings, capture escalations and proactively resolve or bring issues to management as needed
- Overall direction, management, quality control and completion of program deliverables
- Managing project budgets and tasks with minimal oversight
- Facilitating the progress of multiple tasks and bringing them to conclusion
- Communicating program progress to management and clients
- Interacting with clients, program participants, sub-contractors and external collaborators
- Tracking of utility and energy efficiency trends and other market changes that impact CFS programs and the market
- Contribute to strategy and new program design development to grow our foodservice product offerings and impacts.
- Conduct literature searches, market research and data analysis
Minimum qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of related work experience with a bachelor's degree OR
- A minimum of 4 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis, knowledge of data science and/or experience with information systems management
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability in regard to project focus
- Demonstrated commitment to and consistency in quality control practices
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong technical writing, presentation and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and OneNote)
- Ability to work and thrive independently and juggle multiple competing priorities
- Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach
- Excellent personal accountability
- Willingness to conduct occasional business travel.
