About the role

Superlanet is currently looking for an IT Pharmacy Manager for a healthcare organization located in Tucson, Arizona. This will be a direct-hire, on-site opportunity. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across all pharmacy domains including inpatient, ambulatory, retail, specialty, and oncology to ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant technology support. The manager will collaborate closely with IT leadership, pharmacy operations, and key stakeholders to optimize system performance, support application development (Epic Willow, Beacon, and retail modules), and lead a team of analysts supporting enterprise pharmacy initiatives. Responsibilities include:

Manage a team of at least four direct reports, with anticipated growth in retail and specialty pharmacy support.
Establish and maintain clear communication between IT and Pharmacy leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, projects, and support needs.
Oversee application support and enhancement activities across Epic Pharmacy modules (Willow, Beacon, and retail) and related pharmacy systems.
Partner with clinical, technical, and operational teams to evaluate and implement technology improvements supporting medication management workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Demonstrated experience supporting or managing Epic Pharmacy modules (Willow, Beacon).
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, clinical workflows, and technology integration in healthcare environments.
Active Pharmacist license preferred
Epic certifications in Willow Inpatient, Beacon Oncology, or Willow Ambulatory/Retail
