About the role

As our Business Operations Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to work hands-on across a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and positive outcomes.

Salary: up to $90,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use your proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace to coordinate effectively with team members and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables with strong organizational skills and oversee cross-functional projects
  • Collaborate with team members to create and refine content across the organization.
  • Utilize tools such as Canva to contribute to branding efforts, including business cards and marketing materials.
  • Maintain a professional online presence, including content optimization and updates.
  • Handle calendar invites, meeting minutes, and various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Streamline operational workflows
  • Provide administrative support to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or Agile)
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Administration (e.g., Project Coordinator, Business Analyst).
  • Capable of handling various tasks and providing support in a dynamic work environment.
  • Relevant qualification in project coordination/management.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.

General Skills

  • Familiarity with Process Improvement Techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Business Operations and Resource Planning
  • KPI Monitoring and Reporting
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to quickly adapt to new priorities and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use data analysis tools to track project performance (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
