Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech to work at one of our high end residential areas in Mantua Township, NJ

Mantua Township, NJ

• $28.00 per hour.
• Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Job Responsibilities.

• Perform manual repairs when necessary
  (fix locks, replace windows and cork windows, etc.).
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems
  (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.).
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, boilers, HVAC, and roofing. Also, the office space will be cleaned as part of the day-to-day duties.
• Will need to be able to complete tasks a timely matter of all day-to-day operations in the clubhouse.
• Must be able to walk around the property to pick up trash and stock the doggy station.

Requirements

• Must be able to strip, wax, buff floors
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Must be reliable and professional.
• 3 years custodial, maintenance, janitorial, or porter experience
• Good Interpersonal and great verbal communication skills to interact with other teammates, residents, and property management.
• Ideal candidates must be punctual and a team player.
