The ideal candidate will join a highly skilled, multi-discipline software development team to provide expert technical leadership on multiple projects. This role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing software applications that enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and mission-critical decision support. The position requires deep technical proficiency, leadership in software and data architecture, and the ability to operate effectively within classified programs. Provides designs and governing technical solutions. Establishes reusable architecture patterns, integration approaches, and platform standards while providing hands-on guidance to development teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise modernization objectives.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Architect and implement software solutions that integrate data ingestion, transformation, and storage across multiple secure environments.</li> <li>Design APIs, microservices, and backend systems.</li> <li>Oversee design of visualization interfaces to help analysts explore their data (front end development)</li> <li>Design and deploy solutions consisting of front-end and back-end components.</li> <li>Oversee design of data workflows for performance, reliability, and security in compliance with government standards.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, data governance, and information assurance requirements in all development activities.</li> <li>Work with a multi-disciplinary engineering team designing and deploying software.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and data integration is
