Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality Systems Specialists based out of Everett, WA to support the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center Quality (ESRC) System team. 

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate (Level 2) and Experienced (Level 3) Quality Engineers.

Position Responsibilities: 

• Oversees the analysis and evaluation of the quality of products, operations and processes

• Guides or provides assistance in the root cause analysis of nonconformance

• Verifies the accuracy of analysis results by consulting with other authorities in the technical field

• Oversees the process of problem resolution to ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System

• Provides oversight of the corrective/preventive action plans to assure timely completion

• Review of Quality planning changes or disposition of nonconformance hardware products/processes

• Creates formal analytical reports and coordinates with the responsible parties for internal/external distribution

• Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems.

• Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation.

• Conducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program

• Quality requirements and support business decisions, and develops a coordinated response

  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 1+ years of experience preparing and delivering a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation to leadership or a customer group

• 1+ years of experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)

• 1+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

• 1+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• 1+ years of experience in leading or managing Corrective Actions or Root Cause Analysis

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience (Level 3)

• 1+ years of experience in project management

• 1+ years of experience working with Tableau

• 1+ years of experience in working on defect reduction strategies within a cross-functional environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Associate (Level 2): $72,250 - $97,750 

Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level 3): $86,700 - $117,300
