Job Description

Provides support in the Information Technology (IT) organization. Primary responsibilities are to provide operational excellence through support such as monitoring, enhancements, and technical support. 

 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work with teams on special assignments/projects.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
• Provide report data extractions.

 

Minimum Education required of the position: 

• Pursing undergrad degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher required.

 

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position.

• Detailed Oriented
• Basic foundational computer science concepts
• Testing and project fundamentals
• Some programming knowledge (Python, SQL, JAVA, or R)
