Remote: not held to onsite requirements, however, leadership can request presence onsite for business reasons including but not limited to staff meetings, one-on-ones, training, and team building

This position is hybrid within the state of AZ only. This hybrid work opportunity requires residency, and work to be performed, within the State of Arizona.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position is responsible for analyzing information from different software release management areas and ensure that all areas are operationally ready to implement. This may include but not limited to, assessment and resolution of release risk, monitoring pre-release health, identifying the impact of at risk work efforts. The span of oversight includes all Agile Service Products primarily but may need to track items associated with other Agile teams. This position is also the communication conduit to all business areas sponsoring products or have interest in knowing status of delivery efforts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience- 6 years of experience in healthcare operations
- 5 years of software delivery experience, including major project development
- 5 years of experience in project management
- 2 years of experience in Agile methodologies
Required Education
- High School Diploma or GED in general field of study

Preferred Work Experience- 8 years of experience in healthcare operations
- 7 years of software delivery experience, including major project development

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and applies release, implementation, and change management methodologies and procedures to drive quality outcomes with software deliveries related to the Service Products portfolio.
- Provides analysis and insight to release management teams, leads the release planning meetings for multiple platforms and project releases.
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties where needed for flawless execution of software delivery.
- Tracks, assesses and helps facilitate the resolution of issues causing risk to the Enterprise release.
- Provides direction for developing project release plans specifying goals, strategy, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources.
- Manages the inter-relationships across the teams to perform risk management and mitigation.
- Collaborates with other Agile programs to align release schedules and timeline to minimize production risks and defects.
